DYT is a basketball community workout built for hoopers who want to get better — together. No coaches, no teams, no pressure. Just you, the court, and the people next to you.

We bring hoopers together regularly to work hard, push each other and build something real. The sessions are intense, competitive and community-led — and there is nothing else like it for basketball in the UK.

Everyone is equal on the court. Everyone sets drills. Everyone earns their spot.

How a Session Works.

Buy-In Set. Everyone does agility lines and sprints before we start. No exceptions. You earn your place.

Someone sets a drill. We run it. Winners set the punishment for losers — sprints, burpees, defensive slides.

Lose the punishment? You get another one. The standard never drops.

Everyone rotates. Every hooper sets a drill. No coaches. No hierarchy. Just the community.

5

Game time. 1v1, 3v3 or 5v5 to finish — depending on numbers and who can stay.
